What is your return policy?
You have 10 days to return an unworn bracelet.
What about shipping?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you do custom orders?
If you're ordering 5 or more bracelets we can make something custom. Email support@mnfbrooklyn.com.
Are the bracelets really handmade?
Yes! And supplies are purchased from amazing vendors in the Diamond District and Garment District.
How do I know my size?
Wrap a string or measuring tape around the widest part of your wrist (usually right at the joint). If you’re using string, mark where the ends meet with a pen. Making a bracelet stack? Measure the spot on your arm where you’ll wear each one. Our bracelets have a little stretch so we recommend sizing down if you're within 10MM of a size.
